Social Media has quickly become a part of our daily lives, we use it to socialise, for our businesses, to find jobs and to share our lives. It seems too good to be true. 

But for young people this is not something new, it has been a part of their whole lives. So is there a negative impact from living our lives through social media? 

In the UK 1 in 6 people will experience moderate toi severe depression, which can nagtievly impact every waking moment of their lives.

This awareness video is aimed to show them they are not alone and support is there if needed
